Plug-in hybrids saw a growth of 11% y/y but pure EVs were down 10% y/y

Sales of electric vehicle (EVs) in Germany registered a flat year-on-year (y/y) growth in November, reports Inside EVs. A total of 2,649 plug-in cars were registered during the month, which is same as the sales in November last year.
