Flex-N-Gate offers to acquire seven Plastic Omnium plants in Europe
Transaction is a part of the European Commission’s condition following Plastic Omnium’s recent acquisition of Faurecia Auto Exterior
US-based Flex-N-Gate Group last week (23 December) announced it has made a binding offer to acquire Plastic Omnium’s seven manufacturing plants in Europe for an enterprise value of EUR200 million (USD209 million), the two companies said in separate press releases.
