Indonesia's new vehicle sales grow 14.9% y/y in November, with production up 21.7% y/y
YTD production up 5.6% y/y
Wholesale new vehicle sales in Indonesia – including passenger vehicles and light, medium, and heavy commercial vehicles – grew 14.9% year on year (y/y) in November to 99,934 units, according to data from the Association of Indonesian Automotive Industries (GAIKINDO). Of this total, imports of completely built-up (CBU) units declined 16.8% y/y to 4,495 vehicles.
