Autoliv, Volvo Cars to form JV to develop software for autonomous driving and driver assistance systems
JV to commence operations next year
Autoliv and Volvo Cars have inked a final agreement to form a 50:50 joint venture (JV) called Zenuity to develop software for autonomous driving and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), based on the letter of intent announced last year, says a company press release.
