New policy also prevents local authorities from providing more than 50% of the amount offered by the central government
Chinese subsidies for pure electric vehicles (EVs) and plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs) will decline 20% from 1 January 2017, China Daily has reported, quoting the Ministry of Finance.
