Garmin International will be able to offer its intelligent driving video recorder (IDVR) technology in more vehicles, thanks to a partnership with Chinese automaker Dongfeng Peugeot-Citroën Automobile Ltd. (DPCA), a joint venture between Dongfeng and French auto manufacturer Groupe PSA.
