Alcoa to close alumina refinery and bauxite mines in Suriname
Expects to post USD90 million in restructuring-related charges after tax for the closure
Alcoa plans to permanently close its Suralco alumina refinery and bauxite mines in Suriname more than a year after stopping production at the plant, the company said in a press release on 3 January.
