NXP forms strategic partnership with Geely for automotive technology
Companies to initially work in the area of in-vehicle infotainment and telematics
NXP Semiconductors has entered a long-term strategic partnership with Chinese automaker Geely Automobile to jointly work in the area of automotive technology, NXP said in a press release last week. The partnership will initially focus on enhancing in-vehicle infotainment and telematics experiences through using NXP’s advanced automotive microcontrollers, radio chips, secure car access, automotive networks and other applications.
