FCA CEO confirms possibility of Jeep using Alfa Romeo Giorgio platform

Fiat Chrysler Automobiles' (FCA) chief executive officer (CEO) Sergio Marchionne has confirmed that Alfa Romeo's Giorgio platform could be used to underpin next-generation Jeep models. The senior executive said at the ongoing North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) that the automaker was conducting a feasibility study on the viability of its use for the replacement Grand Cherokee, reports Autocar.
