Mando files countersuit against Bosch in US
Last year Bosch filed lawsuit against the Korean parts maker for alleged infringement of its patents
Mando has filed a countersuit against Bosch in the United States over alleged infringement of two of its two patents, Yonhap News Agency reported today (13 January), citing an industry source. Last year, the German automotive supplier filed a lawsuit at the US District Court for Eastern District of Michigan accusing the South Korean supplier of breaching four of its patents on an anti-lock braking system (ABS) and electronic stability control (ESC) parts.
