Oxbotica releases camera-based localization software for autonomous vehicles
Company currently testing software in self-driving prototype
Oxbotica has released camera-based localization software for autonomous vehicles called Dub4, according to a press release earlier this month. The software, developed by Oxbotica and the researchers at Oxford University’s Oxford Robotic Institute, uses a single stereo camera mounted onto the car to determine its precise position and orientation in the world.
