Motherson Sumi to acquire PKC Group for USD607 million
The transaction is expected to be completed by 31 March
India-based car parts supplier and engineering company Motherson Sumi Systems Ltd has agreed to buy Finnish truck wire maker PKC Group for around EUR571 million (around USD607million), the company said in a regulatory filing on 19 January.
