As per a press release dated 23 January, carmakers, tier-1 suppliers, and technology providers from around the world have reached an agreement on key technical and procedural elements of SAE J2954, the upcoming SAE recommended practice (RP) for wireless power transfer (WPT) and automated parking alignment and charging of electrified vehicles.
