Cypress develops new flash memories for automotive applications

US-based Cypress Semiconductor has unveiled 64 Mb and 128Mb densities of its family of NOR Flash memories with a Quad Serial Peripheral Interface (Quad SPI), the company said in a press release on 25 January.
