STMicroelectronics joins EV charging initiative CharIN
To focus on secure, easy-to-use interfaces for hybrid and electric-vehicle charging
STMicroelectronics has joined the Charging Interface Initiative e.V. (CharIN), a global alliance of automakers and suppliers that focuses on establishing and standardizing the charging infrastructure for battery-electric vehicles, the company said in a press release yesterday (31 January).
