GM drops Spark EV to push Bolt sales
Bolt EV offers better electric range of 238 miles against Spark’s 82 miles
General Motors (GM) has finally brought the Chevrolet Spark Electric Vehicle (EV) production to an end as per a report in the Detroit News. Last week, the US-based automaker confirmed that production of Spark EV was only continued till the summer of 2016, the report said. The decision behind ending Spark EV’s production can be attributed to the company’s focus on its new Bolt EV which offers a better electric range of 238 miles against Spark EV’s 82 miles on a single charge.
