Valeo to form JV with Pyeong Hwa for automatic and continuous variable transmission
JV expected to generate USD1.07 billion sales
Valeo has signed a joint-venture (JV) agreement with South-Korean company Pyeong Hwa to manufacture automatic and continuous variable transmissions (CVT), the company informed in a press release on 6 February.
