Ford plans USD1 billion, 5-year investment into AI company
Argo AI expects to expand to more than 200 employees
Ford has announced a five-year, USD1-billion investment into Argo AI, an artificial intelligence (AI) company, according to a press release by the automaker on 10 February. Ford plans to combine its autonomous vehicle development expertise with robotic experience at Argo AI to advance plans for introducing autonomous vehicles in 2021.
