German supplier Kiekert opens JV plant in South Korea
JV will supply door closure systems to Korean automaker
Kiekert, in partnership with KwangJin Sanggong Company, opened a new facility in South Korea to produce door closure systems, the Germany-based automotive locking system supplier said in a press release on 20 February. The facility, located in in Hwaseong-si, in the Gyeonggi-do province, will be operated by KKL Ltd. (KwangJin Kiekert Latch). It will employ 120 people.
