Israel-based company entered similar agreement with Volkswagen last week

Mobileye has signed an agreement with BMW to introduce its Road Experience Management (REM) data generation technology in new BWM vehicles from 2018, the two companies said in a joint press release on 21 February. The agreement is to crowd-source real-time road data captured by the camera-based advance driver assistance system (ADAS) for use in next-generation high-definition (HD) map for autonomous driving.
