KEMET to acquire NEC Tokin
Upon closing, NEC Tokin to change name to Tokin Corporation
KEMET Corporation, through its wholly owned subsidiary KEMET Electronics Corporation (KEC), has signed a definitive agreement to acquire NEC Tokin from NEC Corporation, the two companies said in separate press releases last week.
