EV Owners to pay USD180 per year

So far this year, six states in the United States―Indiana, South Carolina, Kansas, Tennessee, New Hampshire, and Montana―have proposed a legislation that would require electric vehicle (EV) owners pay a fee of USD180 annually, reports news website Sierra Club.
