Program to look into the research, production and sale of hydrogen fuel cell
China-based Dalian Hydrogen Energy Research Institute, in association with Dalian Metal Surface Coating Research Institute, has launched a hydrogen energy program in Dalian, a seaport city in China's Liaoning province, reports China Daily.
