Scania has launched a new connectivity platform called ‘Scania One’ at the 2017 Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain, the company said in a press release on 27 February. The new platform, based on Ericsson’s software, is designed to meet the varying needs of customers and drivers in commercial truck transportations. It is expected to offer fleet owners and drivers access to the connected services that can further simplify and improve their transport assignments.
