Sona Group gets 100% ownership of the JV
Sona Group has acquired the entire stake of Japanese partner Mitsubishi Mineral in Sona BLW Precision Forgings, the India-headquartered joint venture (JV) between the two companies, Sona Group announced in a press release on 7 March.
