Topy Industries considers acquiring Ring Techs
Plans to complete acquisition by October 2017
Topy Industries has started discussions with Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal Corporation (NSSMC) for acquiring the latter’s subsidiary Ring Techs, according to a company press release yesterday (8 March).
