Evonik to hold 49% stake in JV, Forward Engineering to hold 51%
Germany-based specialty chemicals company Evonik Industries and automotive engineering company Forward Engineering have established a joint venture, Vestaro, to develop fiber composite components for the automotive industry, Evonik said in a press release earlier this week (8 March).
