Cohda receives grant from government of South Australia to test self-driving solutions
Company to use a part of grant to buy autonomous vehicles
Cohda Wireless has received two grants from the Government of South Australia totaling AUD2 million (USD1.5 million) as part of the Future Mobility Lab Fund, the company said in a press release on 23 March. The company, which specializes in vehicle to everything (V2X) communication solutions, will utilize the grants to test its connected and automated vehicle (CAV) applications on the streets and highways of Adelaide. Cohda will use a part of the grant to acquire two autonomous vehicles capable of self-driving in urban and highway environments.
