Futuris acquires Kongsberg Automotive’s headrest operations in North America
The acquisition will increase company’s interior product portfolio
Australian auto parts supplier Futuris acquired Kongsberg Automotive’s headrest and armrest business in North America, on 17 March 2017 according to a press release. With this acquisition, Futuris plans to enhance its southeastern United States manufacturing presence in the city of Milan, Tennessee. The valuation of the acquisition is not disclosed yet.
