To produce automotive lighting and air intake systems

Magneti Marelli Motherson (MMM), a joint-venture (JV) between India’s Samvardhana Motherson Group (SMG) and Italy’s Magneti Marelli, has inaugurated a new manufacturing facility in India, the company announced in a press release today (28 March). The facility, located in Bawal, near Gurgaon, in the state of Haryana, is built on a land area of 21,000 square meters, of which covered area of 7,600 square meters.
