Minda Industries raises USD46 million through QIP
To use proceeds for capital expenditure and ongoing consolidation exercise
Minda Industries, the flagship company of Uno Minda Group, has raised INR3 billion (around USD46 million) via Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP), according to a company press release yesterday (29 March).
