NASA’s Florida center to facilitate testing of self-driving cars
Engineers at Kennedy Space Center already working on developing self-driving technology
Last year, the United States Department of Transportation (DOT) launched a competition to identify proving grounds for the development of self-driving cars. The selected facilities were to be designated as qualified proving grounds for safe testing, demonstration and deployment of self-driving cars.
