VOXX Electronics to acquire Rosen Electronics
Company to move Rosen’s operations from Ontario facility to its facilities in Nevada, Virginia and Florida
VOXX Electronics, a wholly owned subsidiary of VOXX International, has signed a definitive agreement to purchase Rosen Electronics from AAMP of America, according to a company press release yesterday (6 April).
