Suzuki to hold 50% stake in JV, Toshiba will hold 40%, and Denso will hold 10%

Japan-based Suzuki Motor, Toshiba and Denso have reached a basic agreement to form a joint venture (JV) for producing automotive lithium-ion batteries in India, Denso announced in a press release on 14 April.
