EU approves acquisition of Grupo Antolin's seating business by Lear
Says acquisition not expected to raise competition concerns
The European Commission (EC) last week (12 April) approved Lear’s acquisition of the seats and metal business of Grupo Antolín-Irausa under the EU Merger Regulation, according to EC website.
