In an endeavor to meet upcoming stringent emission regulations, automakers and suppliers are seeking several ways to tackle the situation. One of the focuses has been on the integration of the exhaust manifold in the engine cylinder particularly for automotive gasoline vehicles. IHS Markit forecasts that the production of cylinder head integrated exhaust manifold for gasoline vehicles, at global level, is expected to increases from 15.5 million in 2016 to 30.2 million by 2022, representing a CAGR of 12% during the time period 2016-2022.
