LANXESS acquires US-based specialty chemicals company Chemtura
Acquisition to expand LANXESS’s North American presence, additives portfolio
German chemicals company LANXESS completed the acquisition of Chemtura, a US-based supplier of flame retardant and lubricant additives on 21 April 2017, according to a company press release.
