UNO Minda to form JV with Tung Thih Electronic for ADAS products
JV to produce rear parking aid systems, auto parking aid systems, cameras, round view monitor systems
India-based auto components maker Minda Industries, the flagship company of UNO Minda group, will form a joint venture (JV) with Taiwan-based Tung Thih Electronic Co Ltd (TTE) to supply advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) to automakers in India, according to a regulatory filing on 27 April.
