Alpine Electronics plans to execute absorption-type merger of Alpine Giken in June
Merger to be effective from 16 June
Alpine Electronics has announced that the company’s board has approved an absorption-type merger of its wholly owned consolidated subsidiary Alpine Giken into the company, according to a company press release last month.
