ExxonMobil updates ‘Speedpass+’ mobile app
Updated app will enable users of Ford vehicles with Sync 3 multimedia system to purchase Synergy brand of fuel and car washes at more than 10,000 Exxon and Mobil gas stations in US
ExxonMobil is rolling out several updates to its Speedpass+ mobile payment app, the company said in a press release last week. The latest updates will allow consumers to use the app in Ford vehicles equipped with Sync 3 multimedia system to purchase Synergy brand of fuel and car washes at more than 10,000 Exxon and Mobil gas stations across the United States. Ford’s AppLink technology in Sync 3 allows Speedpass+ app users to use the in-vehicle touchscreen and voice commands to make payment.
