Magna develops ‘ClearView’ vision system
New system combines camera technology with mirrors
Magna has unveiled an advanced vision system technology called ‘ClearView’ that improves visibility while changing lanes or backing out of parking space, the Canadian supplier said in a press release on 15 May. "The ClearView system combines our leading vision-based expertise with our unmatched mirror capabilities to create a solution that increases safety and gives the driver more information about their immediate surroundings," said John O'Hara, president of Magna Closures and Mirrors.
