Waymo working on self-driving technology for trucks – report
Google spin-off using a Peterbilt truck at its California track
Waymo is testing a truck equipped with its self-driving technology, BuzzFeed News reported on 1 June. “We’re taking our eight years of experience in building self-driving hardware and software and conducting a technical exploration into how our technology can integrate into a truck," a Waymo spokesperson told the news website while confirming the development.
