Mapping specialist AND releases HD map for Schiedam city in Netherlands
Company aims to create and update HD Maps and Localization Maps from sensors and camera in vehicles
Mapping and location-based services provider AND has released high definition (HD) autonomous vehicle maps of Schiedam city in the Netherlands for use in advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and autonomous driving, the company said in a press release last week. “With the release of our High Definition Autonomous Vehicle Map, which includes a ‘HD Map’ and a ‘Localisation Map’, we cover both inner-city roads and highways,” said Hugo van der Linde, CEO of AND.
