Israeli Antitrust Authority approves Mobileye’s acquisition by Intel
Acquisition, announced in March, is expected to complete before end of this year
On Tuesday (13 June), Israeli Antitrust Authority’s General Director approved Mobileye’s proposed acquisition by Intel, the company announced in a press release. The regulator has approved the previously announced all cash tender offer by Cyclops Holdings, a wholly owned subsidiary of the US-based chipmaker.
