ArcelorMittal reaches agreement to buy Italian steelmaker Ilva
Deal to expand ArcelorMittal’s European presence
An ArcelorMittal-led consortium, AM Investco Italy Srl (AM Investco), has reached an agreement with the Italian government to acquire Italian steelmaker Ilva, ArcelorMittal announced in a press release last week (16 June).
