Law requires self-driving vehicles used for testing to comply with traffic laws, equipped with video recording devices and have insurance

Texas Governor Greg Abbott signed a bill last week that explicitly allows testing of self-driving car on the state’s public roads and highways without a driver behind the wheel, The Texas Tribune reported on 15 June.
