EC fines car lighting system producers USD30.1 million for operating a cartel
Levies a fine of EUR16.3 million on Automotive Lighting, EUR10.4 million on HELLA
The European Commission (EC) has fined car lighting system producers Automotive Lighting and HELLA a total of EUR27 million (USD30.1 million) for participating in an automotive lighting cartel; Valeo was not fined as it revealed the cartel to the Commission, the EC announced in a press release yesterday (21 June).
