Indian forging supplier staring at insolvency filing under new RBI guidelines

John Ernest Flintham has resigned as vice-chairman and managing director of Indian supplier Amtek Auto with immediate effect citing "unavoidable circumstances", Press Trust of India (PTI) reported on 24 June. Apart from Flintham, Sanjiv Bhasin, an independent and non-executive director of Amtek Auto's board has also resigned.
