JTEKT completes acquisition of controlling stake in Indian subsidiary
Japanese suppliers acquires stakes owned by Indian promoter, also buys shares from open market
JTEKT has completed the acquisition of 25.12% stake in Sona Koyo Steering Systems Ltd. (SKSSL) from Indian promoter Sona Group-owned Sona Autocomp Holding Limited (SAHL), the company said in a press release today (27 June).
