VOXX to sell Hirschmann Car Communication to TE Connectivity
Acquisition expected to conclude by end of August this year
VOXX International has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its Hirschmann Car Communication business to a subsidiary of TE Connectivity for EUR148.5 million (USD166.2 million), according to a company release yesterday (26 June).
